New Spawn System and balancing!

Now, enemies will spawn in “waves” of 10. There are 3 waves. Waves are separated by a period of 10 seconds.
Also, made it so you can’t spam bullets, forcing you to actually use strategy and herd enemies to certain spots so you can kill them easier :D
This is probably going to be my last update for today (probably!), so see you all tomorrow :D
